BIO
Canadian singer-songwriter Raina Krangle blends folk/rock, country and retro 70s pop. Her strong, soothing vocals, catchy melodies and relatable songs are paired with heartfelt lyrics that truly connect with the human spirit.
A mix between Sheryl Crow, Bonnie Raitt and Natalie Merchant, Raina can go toe to toe with any one of them. Her next project, Headbangers: A Musical Recovery arrives this fall.
"An infectious artist that possesses a “Gold Standard” voice, songwriting, appeal, talent, vocal passion and overall artistic presence. She is an impressive songwriter and singer and the music is warm, marketable, uplifting and very passionate."
— Cyrus Rhodes, music reviewer, Muses Muse Songrwriting Resource
"My God this woman has a beautiful voice! Beautiful instrumentation and harmonies too. It's not hard to see why she was Nominated for the Colleen Peterson Songwriting Award and was a Finalist in the Blues and Roots Radio Songwriting Contest." — Roots Music Canada
Blending her signature Fresh Folk style with a stripped-down authenticity true to Joni’s spirit, Krangle’s version is both a nostalgic nod and a timely refresh—one that captures the urgency of now with the warmth of a shared past.
